PonyBoyHorse—Sherman

Online user PonyBoyHorse asked me to simply draw his character, a patriotic tomboy named Sherman. ​​

The first commission features her in an excited pose in front of an American flag, with hard smooth linework.

The second commission was for the Fourth of July, where PonyBoyHorse wanted an illustration of Sherman wearing George Washington's uniform, and posed confidently in front of a Betsy Ross flag. I also decided to give it a yellowed filter so that the image would appear aged. 

​

My artistic comfort zone is drawing characters, and this is one character that I for sure haven't gotten tired of drawing yet.
